Our Philosophy
Amanda and Stephanie have been best friends for more than 25 years. They have always shared similar interests and one that stands out the most is their passion for childcare. They had always imagined one day opening up their own Childcare Centre and finally that dream became a reality in 2013.
Both Amanda and Stephanie graduated from Humber College with Honours in Early Childhood Education. Following this milestone they both acquired immense experience in the Childcare industry. Amanda attained years of experience in the classroom as well as 5 years of supervision experience in a daycare centre and Stephanie holds 5 years experience with the York Catholic District School Board.
At Kidz World Childcare Centre, Amanda, Stephanie and their staff strive to give your children the same love and care they receive at home and at the same time helping them achieve new aspirations and goals that are essential in a young child’s life.
Our passion for childcare will be noticeable as soon as your family enters our doors!

There is no greater joy than providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can achieve their goals and learn something new that they can carry with them throughout their lives. Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with families is a very rewarding experience and something that makes me proud to be a part of Kidz World Childcare Centre. I started my career at Kidz World in September of 2011, at the time I was a new graduate of Sheridan College. I didn’t know what to expect being a teacher in the preschool room for my first time, I immediately fell in love with the job and knew I had made the right choice. What I didn’t expect was to find so many meaningful and long-lasting friendships within the community. Coming to Kidz World each morning didn’t feel like I was going to a job, it felt like I was at my second home, Kidz World eventually became a second home to my children too who thrived at the centre. The management has always been very supportive, accommodating and caring. When the time came for Kidz World Childcare Centre to expand I was lucky enough to grow within the company and become a part of the management team! I have had nothing but great experiences working with families to help ease their child into a new chapter of their growth and development. I am always excited to get to know new families and hear everyone’s different paths in life.

I’ve always been passionate about childcare as it is a great honor to role model, guide and facilitate children to be the best individual they strive to be. Providing and maintaining loving and nurturing relationships with the families and children, while supporting the children’s well-being, has helped me grow as an individual and professional in this industry. I began working at Kidz World Childcare Centre in October 2011 as an Early Childhood Assistant in the Preschool Classroom. I immediately fell in love with the children and staff. The Kidz World environment filled my heart with warmth and joy and I knew I could continue to grow my career here. I decided to pursue my career as a Registered Early Childhood Educator and graduated with Honours from Seneca College. Throughout these years I have had the pleasure to gain experience with multiple age groups, developed long lasting relationships with children and their families and formed close friendships with staff members. In October 2018 I given the honour and was promoted to Supervisor. This role has given me the opportunity to experience the administrative aspect of maintaining the business. It also allowed me to not only develop relationships with the children but also with their family as a whole. I look forward to continue growing with Kidz World and seeing what the future encompasses.
Mrs. Adriana Bianchi, Supervisor of Richmond Hill
I joined Kidz World in 2014, where I had the privilege of working with children from Junior Toddler through to School Age. During my time at Kidz World, I completed my studies at Seneca College and became a Registered Early Childhood Educator. From the very beginning, I knew I had found the right place, as it truly felt like a home away from home. Guiding children as they explore, discover, and reach new milestones has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.
Over the past 10 years, I have cherished the opportunity to build meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues. Creating a welcoming and nurturing environment has always been a priority for me, as it ensures everyone feels valued, supported, and at home.
In 2022, I was proud to step into a management role, which has allowed me to contribute to the centre’s growth while staying closely connected to the daily experiences of the children.
I am deeply grateful to have spent the past decade growing with Kidz World, and I remain dedicated to ensuring it continues to be a place where children feel safe, families feel supported, and our community feels like family.
Ms. Amanda Mucci, Supervisor of King City
I graduated from Seneca College in 2018 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education, where I discovered my passion for working with young children. In January 2019, I joined Kidz World as a Registered Early Childhood Educator in the Preschool Classroom. From the very beginning, I knew I had found the right place. Supporting children as they explore, grow, and reach new milestones has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
Over the years, I have cherished the opportunity to build meaningful connections not only with the children, but also with their families and fellow educators. Creating strong relationships with parents and colleagues has been an important part of my journey, as it allows us to work together to provide the best possible environment for the children in our care.
In August 2024, I was honored to step into the role of Supervisor at Kidz World. This position has given me the opportunity to support our incredible team and contribute to the centre’s growth and success in a new way, while still staying closely connected to what I love most—helping children thrive.
I am truly grateful to be a part of the Kidz World family, and I look forward to many more years of learning, growing, and making a difference together.
